Individual therapy can provide a safe space for you to share your story, express your emotions and find validation in what you’re experiencing. I will work alongside you to find tools and resources that will help you overcome personal barriers and thrive in your life.

Youth/Young Adult Counselling
For Young Adults & Youth who want a safe space to explore their feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
Counselling can provide a space to explore those confusing parts of life, including peer dynamics, school issues, negative self-talk, and family conflict. Together we can transform these experiences into moments of mastery, connection and strength, via tried and true therapeutic tools and strategies.

Couple and Family
Counselling
For Couples or Families that want to work on healing together. Together we will find ways to shift unhealthy communication patterns and restore peace and balance in your lives, by using research backed approaches that are specific to working with relational systems (these include Gottman Method, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

Subsidy Programming

Why is a subsidy program important?
Ajuinnata Counselling is committed to providing low-cost counselling because we believe it gives all members of society an equal opportunity to increase their mental health and well-being.
You might be eligible for our subsidy if you need assistance but can't pay our usual fees $120 for each counselling session. You must not be receiving any other assistance, such as extended health benefits or family financial support, and have an annual income of less than $25,000 in order to be eligible for a subsidy. Candidates will be added to a waitlist and contacted as soon as a position becomes available.
